All appointments are conducted online via Zoom or by phone. If you prefer a phone appointment, please specify this when scheduling.

Payment is due prior to your appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows are non-refundable.

Insurance is not accepted.

If you need an earlier appointment or do not see an available time that works for you, please email me to inquire about additional availability.
