Minimum Registration Requirement
The conference is subject to a minimum number of paid registrations. Organizers will confirm whether the event will proceed by December 15, 2026, and reserve the right to cancel if the minimum is not met.
Conference Cancellation & Refunds
If the organizers cancel the conference, attendees will receive a refund of their registration payment, less any non-refundable Stripe processing fees (approx. 3%) where permitted by law. Attendees will be notified by email.
Attendee Cancellations & Ticket Transfers
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for attendee-initiated cancellations, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior approval from the conference organizer. Please contact the host to request a transfer.
Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer
Attendees are strongly encouraged NOT to book non-refundable travel or accommodations until official confirmation of the conference is issued, which will be DECEMBER 15, 2026.
Registration does not include airfare, lodging, transportation, dinners, or personal travel expenses. Organizers are not responsible for independently booked travel expenses resulting from cancellation or rescheduling.
